PMS

These symptoms can vary widely from person to person but may involve mood swings, breast tenderness, cramps, sleep disturbances, or changes in appetite. In some cases, these symptoms are intense enough to interfere with daily life, which may indicate a more serious condition called premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
